The trekking paths that run along the Munsiyari – Martoli – Milam – Ralam Glacier are equally popular in the area. The Panch Kedar trek is the most popular one in the Garhwal region. These apart, the treks to Hemkund and Roopkund are equally invigorating. Valley of Flowers is another popular spot for trekking.

Group Trek

Nag Tibba ('Serpent's Peak'), 3,022 metres (9,915 ft), is the highest peak in the lesser Himalayan region of Uttarakhand state (Garhwal Division) and a region of Bugyals (High Altitude Meadows).

Your stay Throughout the trek will be in lodges or in tents on sharing bases.

You see a 100-degree view of snow-capped Himalayan ranges such as Swargrohini, Bandarpoonch, Kala Nag, Srikantha, and Gangotri. You also see Kedarnath peak in the north, Doon valley, and the snow peaks of Changabang.

Bedni Bugyal is a Himalayan Alpine meadow and a hill station situated at an elevation of 3,354 metres in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand state of India.

Located in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand and is known for its meadows of endemic alpine flowers and the variety of flora. Kedarkantha is located within Govind Wildlife Sanctuary in Uttarkashi district. A trek to the peak of Kedarkantha usually starts from Sankri, a small village, and takes four days to complete.

Dayara Bugyal is a famous trekking and camping destination. The Bugyal has an average elevation of 3639m and is around 40 km from Uttarkashi.

Dayara Bugyal is also a destination for trekking as well as camping. In spring, there is a contrast between the greenery of the grasslands and red and pink rhododendrons. In winter, the Bugyal turns into snow land with the capability of skiing and snow activities. The trek is open throughout the year except during the monsoon. Views of the Garhwal Himalayas, including Nanda Devi, Bandarpunch and Swargarohini, can be seen from Dayara Bugyal.

Kathgodam-Kharkiya-Khati-Pindari Glacier -Khati-Kathgodam

Group Trek

The glacier is about 9 kilometres long and gives rise to the Pindar River, which meets the Alakananda at Karnaprayag in the Garhwal district. The trail to reach the glacier crosses the villages of Saung, Loharkhet, crosses over the Dhakuri Pass, continues onto Khati village (the last inhabited village on the trail), Dwali, Phurkia and finally, Zero Point, Pindar, the end of the track.

The Pindari Glacier Zero Point is in the lap of giant snow-clad mountains all around. The main peaks near the glacier are Baljuri (5922 m), Pawalidwar (6663 m), Nandakhat (6611 m), Changuch (6322 m) and Nandakot (6860 m). The Pindari glacier is over 3.2 km in length and 1.5 km in breadth.

Kedartal, at a distance of 17 km from Gangotri, is a popular trekking destination. Starting from Gangotri, the route involves a steep rocky climb along the narrow Kedar Ganga gorge to Bhojkharak, 8 km away. From there, it is 4 km to the following available camping site of Kedarkharak and a further 5 km to Kedartal.

The route passes through scenic Himalayan birch forests, but is made hazardous in places by falling rocks, high altitude and segments of steep ascent.

Valley of Flowers National Park is an Indian national park established in 1982 and located in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand. It is known for its meadows of endemic alpine flowers and the variety of flora. This richly diverse area is also home to rare and endangered animals, including the Asiatic black bear, snow leopard, musk deer, brown bear, red fox and blue sheep. Birds found in the park include Himalayan monal pheasant and other high-altitude birds.
